With over 20 years of architectural experience, Tong has worked on a diverse range of projects, from super-high-rise complexes to custom residential properties. He spent two decades at CADG, the largest comprehensive design group in China. He received the 10th Young Architects Award from the Architectural Society of China and a Gold Medal for his excellent design work. Following his family's relocation, he gained valuable experience in Canada and the United States and had the privilege of being a visiting scholar at Arte Charpentier Architectes in Paris.
